Parent – Teacher meeting

If parents or guardians do not attend any Parent-Teacher Meeting (PTM), the school may take appropriate measures, such as:

Sending written reminders or notices to remind parents of the importance of their attendance and participation in PTMs.

Conducting follow-up communication via phone calls or emails to encourage parental engagement.

Arranging alternative meeting times or formats to accommodate parents' schedules or preferences.

Providing resources or materials from the PTM to parents who were unable to attend, ensuring they remain informed about their child's education and welfare.

Considering the possibility of individual discussions or consultations between teachers and parents to address specific concerns or issues related to the child's progress or well-being.

Implementing disciplinary measures or consequences, if necessary, in accordance with the school's policies and procedures.

Ultimately, the goal is to foster a strong partnership between parents and teachers to support the holistic development and success of each student. Encouraging regular attendance at PTMs helps facilitate open communication, collaboration, and mutual understanding between home and school, benefiting the overall educational experience of the child.
