General Rules

1. Morning Assembly: All students must attend the morning assembly. Latecomers may require permission from the Principal to enter.

2. Absence Reporting: Students who have been absent from class must provide reasons for their absence in the regular record, stating the cause of the absence or delay. Private reasons may be submitted in a letter.

3. Uniform and Personal Hygiene: Students are expected to attend school daily in freshly laundered uniforms, clean socks, and polished shoes to maintain personal hygiene and uphold the school's standards.

4. Parental Permission for Leaving School Premises: Parents must submit a written request if a child needs to leave school premises during school hours. Students may only leave with parents' accompaniment.

5. Principal's Permission for Parental Visits: Parents or guardians are not permitted to visit or interview teachers during school hours without prior permission from the Principal.

6. Personal Belongings: Students are responsible for the safekeeping of their books and belongings, which should be neatly labeled. Wearing of gold ornaments is not permitted, and the school does not accept responsibility for any loss.

7. Prohibition on Purchasing Eatables: Students are not allowed to purchase any eatables from vendors.

8. Tiffin and Water Bottle: Students must bring their daily required tiffin and water bottle to school. Items will not be accepted at the school counter or gate without permission from the Principal. Parents can request exceptions at the beginning of the session by submitting applications.

9. Opening Day Attendance and Book Preparation: All students must be present on the opening day. In case of illness, leave must be supported by a medical certificate. Students must bring books and stationery for their respective classes, with books covered in brown paper and labeled with the pupil's name and class.

10. Mandatory Participation: Students must participate in school functions, sports, cultural, and literary activities. They may be required to obtain specific dress or costumes as desired by the school for at least one function per year.
