Parental Cooperation

1. Regular Monitoring: Parents are required to check their child's school diary daily and ensure that lessons and homework assigned for the next day are completed regularly.

2. Acknowledgment of Remarks: Any remarks made in the school diary should be acknowledged and countersigned regularly by parents.

3. Open Communication: If parents feel that their child is not making desired progress, they are encouraged to discuss it with the Principal and the class Teacher to address any concerns effectively.

4. Constructive Feedback: Criticism of teachers or the school in the presence of the child should be avoided, as it may affect the student's respect for their teachers and the institution. Any difficulties should be discussed with the Teacher or the Principal in a constructive manner.

5. Prior Permission for Meetings: Parents are not allowed to meet their children or their teachers during school hours without prior permission from the Principal.

6. Participation in School Functions: Parents are expected to participate regularly in school functions whenever they are invited, supporting the school community and fostering a sense of belonging.

7. Updated Contact Information: Parents are requested to inform the school of any change in address or phone number to ensure effective communication.

8. Visitors Protocol: Visitors are not allowed to meet teachers in their respective classrooms, maintaining a secure and organized environment for teaching and learning.

9. Compliance with School Policies:
    a. Punctuality: Parents are required to ensure their children arrive at school on time.
    b. Assembly Attendance: Attendance at the assembly is compulsory for every child.
    c. Consequences of Tardiness: Children who fail to reach school on time and miss the assembly may be sent back home.
    d. Medication Policy: Sick children should not be sent to school with medication to be taken during school hours.
    e. Leaving School Premises: Children will not be permitted to leave school premises during school hours without the Principal's permission.
